What Sprout is
Sprout Solutions is a Mandaluyong-based HR technology company that launched its HR and payroll products in 2015 and says more than 2,000 organizations use it. Besides payroll it sells an HRIS, applicant tracking, performance, learning, wellness and salary-on-demand products, a mobile app, and a managed payroll service. Its own guide positions Sprout Payroll for Philippine SMEs of 50 to 300 employees.

Sprout does not publish pricing for its payroll software; its own guide describes it as a custom quote based on business size, with a free demo. The outsourced Payroll Starter Suite is listed from Php 7,900 per month for 10 employees. Check sprout.ph for current terms.
Is Payslip.ph a full replacement for Sprout?
For payroll, payslips and government filings, yes. Payslip.ph does not include recruitment, performance reviews, learning or a native mobile app, so a company that uses those Sprout modules would need other tools for them.
Can I move from Sprout to Payslip.ph mid-year?
Yes. Switching at the start of a year is simplest. Mid-year, keep each worker's year-to-date gross pay, taxable pay, contributions and tax withheld from your old payslips or remittance records, and contact support before your first run so year-end annualization and the 2316 include them.
