How billing works
Counted at month end
A worker counts once if they are still employed on the last day of the month, even across several of your employers. Someone who leaves during the month is not counted for it.
Billed in arrears
The invoice for a month is issued after the month ends, with a due date and a link to pay by GCash, Maya, card or bank transfer.
Withholding agents
If your company withholds 2% expanded withholding tax, pay the invoice net of it and send us BIR Form 2307.
Questions
Is there a free trial?
There is no trial because there is no time limit. Up to 5 active workers are free for as long as you use Payslip.ph. You only start paying when you have more.
Is VAT included?
Yes. ₱79 includes 12% VAT, and the invoice shows the VAT portion separately.
Are there setup fees or a minimum?
No. There is no setup fee, no minimum number of workers and no contract term.
Do admin users cost extra?
No. You pay per worker on the payroll, not per person who signs in. Workers using the self-service portal are also free.
What if we stop paying?
Payroll keeps running for a grace period after an invoice falls due, with reminders before and after. If an account stays unpaid it is suspended, and your data is kept so you can settle and continue or export it.
