Questions
Are these tools really free?
Yes. They need no account and have no limit. They are the same computations Payslip.ph runs on every payroll, offered so employers and workers can check a figure.
Is my data sent anywhere?
No. The tools run entirely in your browser. Nothing you type is uploaded or stored, so you can close the page and it is gone.
Which rates and tables do they use?
The 2026 SSS contribution schedule, the PhilHealth 5% premium, the Pag-IBIG 2% contribution, the BIR withholding tax tables in force for 2026, and the Labor Code rules on 13th month and separation pay.
Can I rely on the results?
They are a guide, not legal advice. Agencies revise rates and forms, and special arrangements in a contract or CBA can change what is owed, so check the latest circular before relying on a figure.
Doing this every payday?
Payslip.ph computes these for every worker on every run, then produces the payslips and government files for you. First 5 workers free.
