What GreatDay HR is
GreatDay HR is the small-business product of SunFish DataOn, an HR software provider since 1999. The Philippine version was developed in 2019 and is sold by GreatDay HR Philippines, based in Antipolo. Its strengths are attendance by app, facial recognition and kiosk, geotracking, a security patrol add-on with QR checkpoints, and early wage access. Its homepage says it suits businesses from 20 employees.

Is Payslip.ph cheaper than GreatDay HR?
It depends on headcount and on whether GreatDay's 50 licences are a minimum. Payslip.ph charges nothing for the first 5 workers and ₱79 for each one after, so 20 workers cost ₱1,185 a month with VAT included.
Does Payslip.ph have a mobile app like GreatDay?
No. Workers clock in and view payslips from the worker portal in a phone browser. If your operation depends on facial recognition, kiosks or GPS-tagged attendance, GreatDay is stronger there.
